It was a dream of three flight attendants who rallied thousands and raised millions to give something back to the company as a symbol of overwhelming gratitude. Delta took care of its people during tough times, and in turn, its people gave back to the company – exemplifying our culture of selflessness, resilience, and unwavering Delta Pride.

And while we celebrate the 40th anniversary of The Spirit of Delta, we lean into the spirit that continues to soar today. A Spirit of Giving.

We will revitalize the Care Fund, joining a global generosity movement on Giving Tuesday. Through powerful storytelling and a sustained drumbeat that builds momentum, we will inspire giving across the company – for Delta People by Delta People. 

This isn’t a stunt. This Is Delta. 

And together, 80,000 strong, we are part of a culture unlike any other.
