Spirituality in the Workplace

Many people long to bring their deepest values and sense of purpose into their work. This interactive workshop will introduce restorative reflective practices that help leaders and professionals stay grounded in the midst of workplace challenges. Participants will explore practices that support discernment, clarity, and alignment between personal values and professional decisions.

The session will be experiential and conversational, drawing on participants’ own experiences as the starting point for reflection and learning. All are welcome—whether your values are rooted in faith traditions or in a broader sense of spirituality.

The workshop will be led by Dr. Margaret Benefiel, Founder and CEO of Executive Soul and author on spirituality and leadership, and Rev. Dr. Debora Jackson, founder of The Renewal Group and Executive Pastor at Emmanuel Baptist Church in Malden, MA.

Tickets are offered on a sliding scale of $75–$100 to help make this event accessible. Please choose the amount that works best for you. Contributing at the higher end helps support our programs and makes events like this possible.
