love.fútbol is on a mission to ensure that children around the world have access to a safe place to play in their community, bringing neighborhoods and community members together under this simple mission. United by this common goal, communities work together to create, reclaim, and redefine sports spaces as platforms for positive social change.

This giving season, love.fútbol is celebrating the power of their work by highlighting The Love Effect, a movement that showcases how each one of us has a role to play in making opportunities for children possible.

As a long-time board member of love.fútbol I believe deeply in this mission, and the role that my soccer-passionate community can play in helping us to achieve this important goal. I invite you to join in and take part in this campaign, helping The Love Effect grow, and more communities benefit.

love.fútbol's work now spans across 5 continents and 81 communities, with a growing focus on ensuring safe play in the United States. love.fútbol has completed 11 sports spaces this year including projects in Charlotte, Memphis and Philadelphia in the United States, alongside additional sites in Mexico, Brazil, Philippines, Indonesia, Hong Kong, and Malaysia.

Our work has impacted the lives of over 138,000 individuals in accessing play, and plans to keep expanding this Love Effect reach of the game with more projects underway.

$25 - Sponsors the training up of a community coach

$75 - Supports the purchase of sports equipment for a love.fútbol community sports space

$180 - Contributes towards build day supplies when community members join together to physically build their sports space

$550 - Helps sustain community sports programmes once the love.fútbol sports space is completed

$1,000+ - Supports ongoing maintenance of love.fútbol sports spaces so we can continue making a positive impact for years to come
