As we celebrate 20 years of Powerful Beyond Measure, this campaign supports the year-round experiences, exposure, and opportunities we provide to DC-area youth through CAPE League.

Right now, we’re working to raise $5,000—not only to sustain this work, but to unlock a special 20th Anniversary CAPE Away Weekend Trip for our teens.

This Spring Season of Giving continues a tradition that has been part of PBM for years. Each March, our community has shown up in a powerful way—most recently through Jersey Mike’s Month of Giving, which generated nearly $25,000 last year alone.

While that opportunity isn’t part of this year’s campaign, the need—and the impact—remain the same.

For two decades, PBM has grown through grassroots support—through people who have given, encouraged, and made it possible for us to consistently show up for our youth in ways that matter.

Because of that support, we haven’t just sustained the work—we’ve expanded it.

Over the past few days, we’ve already come together to celebrate and support this work—from our Day of Giving to our Spring Happy Hour—and we’re keeping that same energy going.

This is a meaningful opportunity to be part of what we’re building—supporting our youth and helping power what comes next

This year, our focus is simple: keep this work moving forward and growing—through programs, experiences, and opportunities that meet young people where they are and expand what’s possible.

Launched our VR/AI programming STEAM initiative with alumni, Trevaun Hyatt
Enjoyed 5 CAPE Away day/overnight trips (including visits to Netflix House and a Wall Street financial exploration trip)
Expanded Cooking with CAPE track
Engaged and exposed teens to 40-50 experiential, educational, cultural and community opportunities through the year
