For many years, our generous community of supporters have been coming together at our annual Spring Gala to raise unrestricted, flexible funds for the vital programming and services of Bethany Hill Place, a living and learning community offering stable, affordable housing for 120 adults and children annually. Money raised at the gala is used to give families and individuals the opportunity to build skills and take monumental steps out of poverty. Your support will provide our individual and family residents with:

Career and education coaching
Parenting education
Children’s afterschool, summer, and youth development activities
Therapeutic and well-being services
Supports for basic household and family needs
Social get-togethers with neighbors

With your generosity, residents and their families will be able to address obstacles hindering their pathway forward and take the life-changing steps needed to create healthy, positive futures.

We are excited to be celebrating with you again in person on April 27!

The Gala takes place on the bucolic 80-acre Connors Center estate in Dover beginning at 6 pm with a cocktail reception featuring an open wine and beer bar and savory hors d’ouevres. A brief program starts at 7 pm, hosted by 1854 Cycling Company Founder/CEO and Bethany Hill Place board member Brandale Randolph, and will include remarks from one of our residents that will inspire all of us. An artisan collection of homemade desserts, coffee, and tea follows the speaking program.

Legacy of Justice Award 2023

The Legacy of Justice Award recognizes individuals or organizations that demonstrate a commitment to meaningful social change and set a standard for critical work and investment supporting healing, growth, and transformation in our communities. This year, we are excited to honor a group of six philanthropies for their social impact and partnership with Bethany Hill Place in bettering the lives of others.

Changemaker Award 2023

Celebrating people and organizations who create real, meaningful change for adults and children living in poverty, Bethany Hill Place's new Changemaker Award will be presented this year to Rohan Biju, a positive force for social impact. A resident of Framingham and a Boston University Academy senior, tech-savvy Rohan has volunteered at Bethany Hill Place for three years, hosting tech support drop-in hours to expand residents’ digital literacy, repairing tech devices and equipment, and raising money for the organization.
