Join us in walking, running, or hiking 3 miles in support of drilling a well for the Spring of Hope Girls' Secondary School in Narok, Kenya!

Spring of Hope is Building Blocks in Africa's latest project. It is our mission to build a school that will provide education to young women in the Narok community, as well as girls rescued from early marriage and sex trafficking.

With the help of our generous donors, we have been able to purchase property in Narok. The next step is to drill a well. This well will benefit future students, as well as provide clean water for the local community. It will be an important part of our long-term sustainability projects; including farming.

On average, Kenyan women and girls have to walk at least 3 miles to collect water. The community of Narok is no exception. They rely on a seasonal river that runs dry for parts of the year. Access to a well will decrease water scarcity, ensure the sustainability of the school, and protect the health students who attend Spring of Hope.

2. Send in a screenshot of your race route and time to be entered into a contest to win a gift card! We will select a 1st, 2nd, & 3rd place winner for the fastest times. 
3. We would also love to see photos of you completing the race. We will include them in WesTech’s internal newsletter.
