Indigenous Mutual Aid

The American Indian Law Alliance (AILA) provides mutual aid to Indigenous families that meets basic needs while honoring Indigenous values of care and reciprocity. This includes regularly distributing food through a pantry, delivering food to elders, and preparing food boxes for families in need; providing clothing and school supplies to individuals and households facing hardship; and helping with utilities, including support during shutoffs and emergencies. During colder months, AILA also supplies firewood to elders and families who rely on wood heat.

This work responds to immediate needs while strengthening community well-being and collective responsibility. Thank you for supporting for our community!
