I have been a faculty member at Dancewave for about 5 years.  What drew me to Dancewave is exactly what this fundraiser is about: EVERYONE should have a chance to dance.  Providing dance training to students whose families might struggle to pay does so many things:
It enriches the lives of the affected students and their families
It enriches the dance classes for all students by broadening the demographics
It enriches the cultural community at large

Dance matters.  The Arts MATTER. They are what makes us human and what sustains our spirits during good times and bad.  If a pandemic teaches us anything... it should be that.  

Your gifts - no matter how small or large - will help provide dance training to the next generation of humans who will be responsible for leading our world into the future.  I can think of no better wish for the valiant team humanity will need in order for our children and their children to survive and thrive than this:
"They should know how to DANCE."
