Just Schools has spent more than two decades building inclusive, affirming schools across Arizona — places where every student can feel safe, seen, and supported.

This year, we’ve made incredible progress:

Expanded our Hall Monitor Program to defend inclusive policies in more school districts
Trained hundreds of educators to make classrooms safer for queer and trans students
Built partnerships with funders who believe deeply in this work

But to get there, we have to bridge a short-term gap.

Between now and December 31, we must raise $75,000 to keep our programs strong through the end of the year. This isn’t about extras or growth — it’s about survival. It’s about ensuring we can keep showing up for students and educators when inclusion is under attack.
