Get ready for a night of culinary creativity, friendly competition, and community spirit! Steel Chef Phoenixville brings the heat on Friday, January 30, 2026 (6–9 PM) at the HEART Campus, 146 Church Street, for an unforgettable evening benefiting Ann’s Heart and PACS (Phoenixville Area Community Services).

Modeled after your favorite cooking competition shows, Steel Chef brings together talented local home cooks who will face off in three high-energy rounds:

Round 1: Appetizers in 20 minutes
Round 2: Tapas-style mains in 30 minutes
Final Round: A sweet dessert showdown in just 15 minutes

Each round, one cook will be eliminated until only two remain for the grand finale. Contestants must showcase their creativity and skills using surprise ingredients straight from the PACS Pantry — a nod to the real work PACS does every day fighting food insecurity in our community.

A panel of local celebrity judges will taste and score each dish, while Peter Urscheler emcees the night with energy and flair. Guests can join in on the fun through live fundraising opportunities between rounds, cheering for their favorite chef and supporting the cause in real time.
