The series highlights prerequisites and credits available within a given topic. How to achieve them, document them, and what to look out for. While many topics will apply to all LEED rating systems, we mostly focus on LEED Residential for single-family, multifamily, midrise, and mixed-use buildings. This series mostly considers new construction or gut renovations under v4 and v4.1 but can be beneficial for building improvement plans, too.
