SUM Poetry originated as a TOWNE STREET event in 2018 and has ushered in a new era. Under the leadership of company members and published writers Ron Johnson and co-host Melissa Booey, the community, concept and immersive style have grown. With award winning slam poet JP Rapozo joining the team, it is no surprise that this year's show has a bench of established and promising poetic performers. Open mic will follow as is tradition, for any and all who wish to participate. Admission is $10.
