Rudderville Track Club Summer 2025 Session

Summer session is $250. There is a sibling discount so 2 athletes is $400 (saving $100.) When checking out, there will be a Heart and it says "An optional tip allows Rudderville Running to use Givebutter's 100% fee platform, etc" and 15% is the auto selected amount. Please CHANGE THIS TO 0% before checking out! 

Summer session is 8 weeks long with 3x/week in person training with our coaching staff. In addition, athletes receive a Rudderville shirt and training kit complete with tools to perform workouts on the go as well as educate on proper nutrition, hydration, sleep, and injury prevention. Athletes and parents are also granted access to our private team app where communications and photos are shared through the session. 

Training will occur on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays in the evenings starting at 5:30pm-7:00pm. Times are subject to change due to heat index but any changes are communicated on our private team app. Mondays will focus on special events and drills while Tuesdays/Thursdays will have emphasis on conditioning, strengthening and runs. We will offer 1x/week for throws and pole vaulting. The other 2 days will be used for strength and conditioning for those athletes. Running training will be geared towards those who run up to 800m in a track meet. We will not train off site or for distance.
