I am a sickle cell warrior, global advocate, and recipient of the transformative Casgevy gene therapy. As a passionate champion for equitable access to SCD treatments, including curative-intent therapies, I tirelessly work to amplify awareness and drive change. As a husband and father, I am deeply committed to inspiring others and was the first person with SCD to summit Mt. Kilimanjaro, reaching the roof of Africa in 2024. My story of resilience and hope continues to motivate warriors worldwide, and I am honored to be part of the Summits for Sickle Cell 2025 leadership team.
