A note from Cos4Hope Co-Founder & Team Member, April.

Almost 10 years ago in August of 2013 we lost our Jeremy to suicide.

We didn't know it then, but Jeremy struggled his entire life with mental health. He never felt like he belonged.. he believed he was never truly loved.

Jeremy fought a silent battle for many years. He put on a brave face and had a boisterous laugh. He could light up a room with his smile.

Jeremy's medical records are littered with depression and anxiety, medication for both listed in his files. Jeremy believed that mental health did not exist and that he did not deserve the help that he so badly needed.

Today, and every day, our family advocates for mental wellness in honor of Jeremy's Legacy.

Jeremy may have been on this earth for 32 short years.. his name, the twinkle in his eyes, lives on in the hearts of the people he loved. In honor of him, and all others who struggle we promise, you are not alone.

We can raise awareness together. United, we have the power to save and change lives.
