The Jewish Federation of New Hampshire (JFNH) is a resource and contact point for Jews throughout New Hampshire. We seek to create a dynamic community where all who desire Jewish interaction are welcomed.

Through a network of partnering organizations, and guided by our Jewish values, JFNH brings together the New Hampshire Jewish community to leverage its resources to care for Jews in need here and abroad, assure the continuity of the Jewish people, support a caring relationship with the State of Israel, and mobilize on issues of concern to the local New Hampshire community.

Support our community during times of crisis. Amidst a war in Israel and a surge in antisemitism JFNH urgently responded to the needs of our NH community. Within days of October 7th and the conflict in Israel starting, we organized a solidarity gathering at the State House, where over 300 community members stood together in support of Israel. Since then we have facilitated meetings with influential Jewish leaders in New Hampshire and both of our state Senators to discuss Israel. Hosted a meeting with NH synagogue leadership and NH's US Attorney and Attorney General, FBI, State Police, and representatives of law enforcement from around the state. We discussed recent hate incident and law enforcements' role; how and when to report; and addressed questions about security for NH communities.

Continue to support those who have fallen on hard times, helping them get back on their feet through our Social Services program.

Make the Annual New Hampshire Jewish Film Festival a success; providing an opportunity to explore various topics through an entertaining and insightful Jewish lens.

Encourage Jewish continuity to over 650 PJ Library and PJ Our Way families in New Hampshire through free books, resources, and programming.

To sustain our Shlichut program now in its seventh year. This program along with Momentum, Israel Experience Grants and our Israel Education and Engagement Committee fuel our efforts to forge meaningful connections between Jews of all ages in NH and Israel.

Provide Campership Grants to children attending Jewish sleepaway camp for the first time.

Provide all NH synagogues an annual Hebrew School Allocation regardless of size to help to subsidize the cost of their Hebrew School and ensure this important resource continues.
