The Thurston County Museum of Fine Arts has hosted free to enter arts exhibitions and performances in downtown Olympia since 2022. The organization's purpose is to facilitate opportunities for artists to exhibit their works in a non-commercial venue and for community members to enjoy free, public arts programming. By providing space that is expressly for educational and non-commercial purposes TCMoFA is able to provide art experiences and exhibition opportunities that are otherwise neglected due to a lack of commercial viability. Centering experimentation, diversity of perspectives, and low-barrier exhibition opportunities builds community, enriches local culture, and assists in propelling emerging and underrepresented artists towards successful careers in the arts.

The Thurston County Museum of Fine Arts is a 501(c)3 non-proft organization which facilitates the free and public exhibition of art and performance in Olympia, Washington by hosting gallery exhibitions in underutilized commercial spaces. Since 2024 the museum has been located at 120 Olympia Ave. NE Olympia, WA.
