FLIPP Inc's Operation Level Ground is an innovative “Just-In-Time” wraparound service model that focuses on direct transportation and housing support and aims to:

Streamline access to supportive service funding for FLIPP Inc program participants once they begin full-time employment in the clean energy and skilled trades sectors.
Improve participant employment retention outcomes.
Robustly coordinate supportive service efforts across systems and communities based on individuals unique and tailored needs.

We have many individuals trained, qualified, motivated, and ready to begin work. However, a lack of reliable transportation and housing is consistently the most common reason our participants cannot accept employment offers or apply for employment opportunities. Operation Level Ground seeks to target supportive services funding to these areas to help these individuals step onto level ground, as they begin their clean energy and skilled trade careers.
