Support Mama Yaa's Home for Children

Mama Yaa's home is a safe haven for orphans in Kyekyewere, Ghana. Nana and Jane took in all the children Jane's mom had been caring for when she unexpectedly passed away. We built a home to ensure the kids had a safe place to call home. The home has also become a temporary safe haven for children who have lost their parents or are in a situation where they need a safe space while family members can be located to care for them. Our donors help to provide food and supplies as well as maintenance costs for the home. Our beautiful friends are happy, healthy and well cared for because of our wonderful donors.

The home requires around $4000 per month for food and supplies. The bakery currently helps to pay about $1600 per month. Until we can get a 2nd sustainability project to help cover the rest, we will help to fund the home.
