This week, we’re shining a spotlight on our residential programs, which provide safe, supportive, and empowering homes for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Then: Residential services began in large institutions with limited choice and independence. Over time, In Flight has helped individuals transition into community-based group homes and supported apartments, where they can live with dignity and autonomy.

Now: Our residential programs teach critical independent living skills, from cooking and budgeting to household management and self-care. Residents gain confidence, self-reliance, and the ability to fully participate in their communities.
