Watchung Stable Auxiliary

The Watchung Stables Auxiliary (WSA) is a non-profit organization that raises funds for the benefit of Watchung Stable, its horses, and programs. Think of us as the PTA of the stable where parents, grandparents, friends of riders, and Watching Stable alumni assist in benefiting the horses we ride.

 

The WSA works on coordinating volunteers to assist with various initiatives. For example, in 2025 we have been planning activities to celebrate the 100 Year Anniversary of Watchung Stable. We also lead fundraising campaigns that help purchase equipment, such as our recent Saddle Fund Campaign. The retirement of school horses is also made possible through the fundraising efforts of the SHOW program (School Horses of Watching Retirement Program).

 

A WSA Membership allows us to enhance the experience of the horse and riders...and it will also give you access to members only perks. These include: Special Trail Riding Days such as the Cider Ride, Mother's Day Ride, and Father's Day Ride. Pre-Troop Show Riding Clinics and Informational Sessions, Private Special Events, WSA Merchandise Discount and our Newsletter.
