Support the Wendy Hilliard Gymnastics Foundation

The Wendy Hilliard Gymnastics Foundation "WHGF" serves youth between the ages of 3-17, predominantly from Harlem, Washington Heights, and the South Bronx. In 2016, the Foundation expanded to Detroit, Michigan, the hometown of Wendy Hilliard. Programs are located in Northwest and Southwest Detroit neighborhoods. Through partnerships, we provide gymnastics for ages 18 months through adults.

We provide high-quality, low-cost, and no-cost gymnastics instruction. Competitive gymnastics teams. Workshops in nutrition, reading, financial literacy, and sports safety. Performance showcases for participants and gymnastics internships/workforce development programs for teens.

Our goal is to make significant differences in our participants' lives and provide them with the skills and lifestyle changes to keep them healthy and productive.
