Supporting Success provides assistance to older youth as they prepare for the transition to independent living and those aged out of foster care (up to age 25) continue to maintain their independence and continue to be successful, productive adults in our society. In addition to adult living necessities like bedding, toiletries, and financial assistance, this program provides professional items needed to maintain employment, such as laptops, work uniforms, and professional development assistance.
