Surfing Madonna Matching Funds for Grants

Surfing Madonna Oceans Project is a community who are inspired by
Mark Patterson’s Surfing Madonna mosaic in Encinitas, CA.
We are funded by grants and donations, and we have received several matching grants which require us to raise $30,000 in order to match the funding requirements!
