Event Description

The Annual Juneteenth Fatherfest Celebration is a community-centered event honoring Juneteenth, fatherhood, and Black heritage through culture, connection, and celebration. Hosted at the historic Gammon House in Springfield, Ohio, Fatherfest brings families together for a full day of food, music, vendors, youth activities, and community engagement.

Date: Saturday, June 20

Time: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Location: The Gammon House, Springfield, OH

Vendor Agreement & Liability Waiver

By submitting this application, the vendor agrees to participate at their own risk and assumes full responsibility for their booth, products, equipment, staff, and conduct during the event. The vendor agrees to release and hold harmless The Gammon House, event organizers, sponsors, volunteers, and affiliated partners from any and all claims, damages, losses, injuries, or liabilities arising from participation in the event, including personal injury, property damage, or loss.

Vendors are responsible for compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal laws, permits, and health regulations. Event organizers are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon application submission.

Vendor fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated by event organizers.
