Fri Oct 3rd: Westport Social Meet n Greet with classmates over good food, drinks and games. Appetizers and drinks are covered. There are no vegetarians options available this night.

Sat Oct 4th: Formal Event- let’s get dressed up and reminisce good times like we did at homecoming and prom. We are excited to join everyone in celebrating 20years!! Buffet spread with vegetarian options including appetizers, main entrée, dessert, cash bar, souvenirs. A DJ and Photographer will be present to make this night great! There will also be a few special guests in attendance.

What’s included in the ticket price?
For the meet and greet on Friday, your ticket includes admission to the event, a variety of appetizers and open bar until 9pm. For the formal event on Saturday, your ticket includes admission to the event, dinner (starting at 8pm) and a special souvenir (souvenir is only for the alumni).

Can I get a refund if I can no longer attend the events?
All ticket sales are final!

When is the latest I can buy my ticket(s)?
The last day to purchase tickets for the reunion event is September 12th , 2025. Tickets will not be available for purchase at the door.

Will there be open bar at the events?
On Friday, there will be open bar until 9pm. On Saturday, it is cash bar only the entire night.

Is parking free for the events?
Yes, free parking is available at both Westport Social and Omni.

Will there be vegetarian/vegan options available?
Yes, there will be vegetarian options available both nights but, unfortunately, there are no vegan options. If you prefer vegetarian options, please indicate that when purchasing your ticket.

Are there discounted hotels available if I’m coming from out of town?
Yes, there are discounted hotel rooms available at: Best Western Plus St. Louis West (Westport), 12220 Dorsett Road, Maryland Heights, MO 63043. When making the reservation, inform the hotel that you are with the “McCluer Class of 2005 Reunion” to receive the discounted rate.

Will there be a shuttle from the hotel to the events?
Unfortunately, no there will not be a shuttle available to transport people between the hotel and the events.

What should I wear?
The meet and greet Friday is our time to let loose and catch up so we recommend dressing casually/comfortably. For the formal event on Saturday, we recommend dressing a little more formal. We still plan to have plenty of fun but we also want you to look your very best.

Can I bring my kids to the events?
While we know how much you love spending time with your children, this reunion is intended to be for adults only so no kids will be allowed to attend.

Can I smoke at the events?
No, smoking inside the events is strictly prohibited (including vaping). There may be smoking areas available outside the venues if you need to step out and smoke for a moment.

Are the events wheelchair accessible?
Yes, both venues are wheelchair accessible.

Will there be a photographer? How can I get the photos that are taken at the
event?
On Saturday, there will be a photographer taking candid shots throughout the night as well as a photo booth for you to take selfies. Photos from both the photographer and the booth will be available online to download shortly after the event. On Friday, there will not be a photographer but feel free to take plenty of selfies with your personal phones/cameras.

Will there be security at the events?
Yes, security will be available at both events to make sure we are as safe as possible. But, please note, the committee and/or the venues are NOT responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged items at the event.

Dress Code What to Wear:

For the event on Friday, October 3rd (Westport Social), we recommend dressing casually/ comfortably and ready to have a good time.

For the event on Saturday, October 4th (Omni), the dress code is "Grown & Sexy" or "After 5" attire (whatever that means to you). So you don't have to wear tuxedos and ballgowns but please try to avoid wearing athletic gear.

Ticket Sales:

Tickets for Friday, October 3rd (Westport Social) MUST be purchased by Wednesday, September 17th.

Tickets for Saturday, October 4th (Omni) can be purchased until the day of the event.

Hotel Accomodations:

If you need to make hotel accomodations for the reunion weekend and you want to use the discounted rate, the DEADLINE TO BOOK IS SEPTEMBER 12th.
