Every day, I wake up with the incredible privilege of working alongside dedicated individuals who have a genuine passion for supporting the community. Each day, our mission is to assist individuals, families, veterans, seniors, and youth in making positive life changes by connecting them with essential resources. We offer a wide range of supportive services, including Intensive case management, workforce development, housing navigation, health navigation, and youth programing.

At the April Parker Foundation, our commitment to our community knows no bounds. We are proud to announce that we have provided over $350,000 in emergency funding to those in need. In times of crisis, we have been a steadfast source of support, ensuring that vulnerable community members receive the assistance they require to weather life's storms.

One of our key missions at the April Parker Foundation is to foster strong community linkages. We understand that access to vital programs and essential services can make a world of difference in people's lives. To that end, we are delighted to share that we have established 858 crucial community linkages, connecting individuals to the resources they need most. Through these connections, we empower our community members to access the support systems that enhance their well-being and quality of life.

🏠526 Community Members Housed – Providing Stable Homes for a Brighter Future

Homelessness is a pressing issue, and at the April Parker Foundation, we are committed to tackling it head-on. We are thrilled to announce that we have successfully housed 466 community members, ensuring that they not only find a place to call home but also receive the support needed to stay housed. We believe that a stable home is the foundation upon which brighter futures are built, and our efforts reflect this belief.

📊110 Small Businesses Supported – Nurturing Entrepreneurship and Economic Growth

Small businesses are the lifeblood of our community, and we recognize the importance of supporting local entrepreneurs. To date, we have provided valuable assistance to 80 small businesses. Whether it's through grants, mentorship, or resources, we are dedicated to helping these businesses thrive. By nurturing entrepreneurship, we contribute to the economic growth and vitality of our community, creating a more prosperous future for all.
