ALAMANCE COUNTY MEALS ON WHEELS

Alamance County Meals on Wheels provides homebound seniors in Alamance County with nutritious meals that are delivered to their homes by caring volunteers.  These meals help our clients live independently in their own homes, provide a safety check, and a friendly visit each day.  It is estimated that 50 percent of all diseases affecting older Americans are directly related to a lack of nutritious food.  Meals on Wheels can provide a cost-effective well-balanced meal as well as improve overall health and wellness.

Please help Meals On Wheels feed those who are hungry. A gift of $150 feeds a person for a month, only $35 feeds a person for a week and a simple $7 buys one meal.  Please help today by making a donation.
