The mission of The Enlightened Mentor Project (TEM) is to deliver mentorship to at-risk African American teenage boys and young men (ages 12-23) that promotes educational achievement, life skills development, and career empowerment that help them successfully matriculate into strong and responsible manhood. Our vision is to give young men the resources to achieve their dreams for themselves, their families, and the communities in which they live.
