My name is Mason Christensen and I am a junior from Louisville, Kentucky. I am fighting for those who are openly struggling with mental health and the millions more who are suffering in silence. I want them to know that there are people out there who are in their corner, supporting them, and that they aren’t going through their battles alone. I know many people who struggle with mental health daily, and I want them to feel supported. I believe that by speaking out and taking action, we can help break down the barriers and stigma that keep so many from seeking the help they need. I’m committed to fighting for mental health awareness, not just in these next few weeks, but every day, until everyone feels supported in their struggles with mental health. By raising money for the Sam Asbury Foundation, I believe we can continue to improve treatment and awareness for those who are braving mental health challenges, and I want to help in every way I can.
