The Delta is Together for Hope’s largest region of service and includes 87 counties of persistent rural poverty across 7 states. Together for Hope Delta currently has nonprofits in the coalition that serve Bolivar, Coahoma, Leflore, and Sunflower counties in Mississippi; Phillips County in Arkansas, and East Carrol Parish in Louisiana.
