Help Close the Gap Before It Starts.
Your gift eliminates barriers before they become lifelong roadblocks.
At The Inspired Community Project (TICP), we believe the most powerful way to build equity is to start early, act intentionally, and center the people most often left behind.
We don’t wait for children to fall through the cracks, for families to get lost in systems, or for aspiring professionals to be overlooked. We work to close the gap before it even opens—and with your support, we can do it more boldly, more sustainably, and for more communities.
๐ฑ Inclusive, Specialized Early Care
Our specialized daycare model isn’t just a safe space—it’s an affirming, trauma-informed, neurodiverse-centered environment where children with developmental delays and disabilities receive the behavioral therapy support they need to grow, thrive, and belong.
We serve families who are often excluded from high-quality early care due to diagnosis, language, or income—and we do it without compromise.
๐ผ Workforce Equity Through Apprenticeship
Representation in behavioral health matters. As New York State's first Behavioral Health Apprenticeship Program we have created a paid, supported pathway for aspiring professionals—particularly Black, Brown, bilingual, and neurodivergent individuals—to become certified Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
Your donation helps fund stipends, mentorship, and exam prep for apprentices, shifting power and possibility back into the hands of community members.
๐จ๐ฉ๐ง Family Advocacy That Changes Systems
Our FACS program (Family Advocacy Coaching Supports) provides families with the tools, guidance, and one-on-one support they need to navigate complex systems—whether it’s early intervention, special education, or housing.
We don’t just refer—we walk with families. We coach, connect, and co-create solutions so that no one is left to fight alone.
Where You Come In
Every dollar you give helps us build systems that work for everyone—not just a few.
Your donation helps:
-
Make inclusive, specialized daycare accessible for underserved families
-
Pay and train the next generation of culturally responsive behavior technicians
-
Provide coaching and advocacy to families navigating high-stakes, high-stress decisions
This is how we close the gap. This is how we build equity. Together.
