Help Our Boys Experience History & Purpose

This year, our boys have the opportunity to travel to Washington, DC and visit the National Museum of African American History and Culture, a trip that goes far beyond sightseeing.

This experience is a staple of our young leaders’ experiential learning. It gives them the chance to learn their history, understand who they are, and reflect on where they come from. Our culture is rich, deep, and powerful, and it is necessary that we intentionally expose our youth to it.

For some of our boys, this will be their first time visiting Washington, DC. For many, it will be their first time stepping inside the African American Museum. Walking through these spaces allows them to see themselves represented, honored, and connected to a legacy of resilience, excellence, and strength.
