The Leadership School is a family option for students who want to Lead the Change for their future! Caregivers and community members are ready to reimagine and support our future leaders in love, excellence, authenticity, and discipline. The Leadership School exists to grow our student's leadership capacity through earnest engagement in an academically rigorous, culturally relevant, and relationship-oriented environment. We are the first free public charter school in North St. Louis County. The journey has been challenging, with many twists and turns. All students deserve access to high quality education where they feel validated, loved, and empowered. All staff deserves to have the space to teach, learn, and grow in an environment where they feel validated, seen, and heard as well. Your contribution will support the growth and development of our student leaders and staff proving outside resources for programming targeted toward social emotional and academic growth and support for students. Staff will have the opportunity to engage in high quality professional learning targeting social emotional and academic best practices and strategies to continue to grow.
