PARTNER WITH US TO INVEST IN KIDS THROUGH SPORT
Over the past decade, Capital Futbol Club (CFC) has grown from serving several hundred kids to nearly 7,000 youth each year. Soccer has become more than just a sport in for kids in our community — it’s a vital platform for physical health, confidence, lifelong friendships, and academic success. Now, we’re taking the next step.
CFC is currently constructing the Jason Sharp Center, a purpose-built indoor soccer and community facility that will provide year-round training and a true gathering place for families. Named in honor of Jason Sharp — a former CFC player whose life embodied the values we teach here — the center will expand our impact both on and off the field.
Our vision is to harness the power of sport to address real needs in our community: improved physical and mental health, higher graduation rates and engagement with post secondary education, and stronger relationships that last long after their time on the field.
About the Facility
The new facility will feature a multipurpose turf field designed for year-round soccer training, games, and camps. But it’s more than just a place to play. Key components of the new facility include:
The Opportunity
The total project cost is $4.5 million, and construction is already underway. We have successfully raised $3.5 million, and are now in the final phase — with a goal to raise the last $1 million to complete the community spaces that make this a home, not just a building.
Your support at this stage will directly fund the places where kids will be mentored, families will gather, and lives will be shaped.
We invite you to consider a leadership gift to help complete this transformative project. Naming and recognition opportunities are available for major gifts.
