Commemorative Tree Donation

Honor a loved one while helping ReLeaf grow a greener Greenville.

With a tax-deductible donation of $100, you can sponsor a tree as part of ReLeaf’s annual planting program. Each commemorative tree celebrates or memorializes someone special while contributing to a more beautiful and sustainable community.

Your Gift Includes:

• The purchase and installation of one tree through ReLeaf’s annual planting program

• A dedication in honor or memory of one individual or couple

• The name displayed in the ReLeaf Commemorative Book that is on display at Sheppard Memorial Library.

• The name will be acknowledged at the annual ReLeaf Arbor Day program.

You may choose to dedicate a tree:

• In Honor of someone living

• In Memory of someone who has passed

Please include the name of the person you wish to honor or memorialize in the form, and indicate whether the tree is in honor or memory of them.
