Our Story: Making a Difference, One Act of Service at a Time

For more than 15 years, the Prince George’s County Chapter of Top Ladies of Distinction, Inc. has been committed to uplifting our community through purposeful service, advocacy, and leadership. Since our chartering on August 30, 2009, we have worked tirelessly to improve the lives of individuals and families across Prince George’s County.

We invite you to join us On the Road to Make a Difference in the lives of our Top Teens.

Your donation directly supports Top Teens of America (TTA)—our signature youth program—by providing mentorship, leadership development, educational enrichment, and meaningful community service opportunities that help shape confident, service-minded young leaders.

Top Teens of America serves young men and young ladies ages 13–19, regardless of ethnic or socio-economic background. With 108 chapters nationwide and more than 5,000 Top Teens, the program empowers youth to grow academically, socially, and civically. Our Top Teens actively participate in initiatives including the NAACP, Sickle Cell Disease Awareness, UNCF, March of Dimes, National Council of Negro Women, the TLOD Literacy Program, and mentoring with Top Ladies of Distinction.

Parents, schools, and community organizations must work together to ensure our youth have every advantage needed to succeed. Programs like Top Teens of America provide critical experiences that prepare students for today’s competitive world—and for adulthood.

Together, we can uplift our youth, strengthen our community, and continue a legacy of service and excellence.
