Community: 2,900+ educators and allies gathering in joyful, healing, and professional spaces through monthly events, PD workshops, networking, and more.

Coaching: The CLOC Fellowship continues to guide early-career Educators of Color through mentorship and cohort-based learning. 100% of our Fellows are still in education and many are stepping into leadership.

Collaboration: We’re partnering with schools, districts, and coalitions to create lasting, equity-centered hiring and retention strategies across the state.
