Four years ago, The Well Collective emerged as an invitation to re-imagine our collective identity —individually and systemically. Rooted in Richmond, The Well Collective meets at the intersection of history, healing and humanity--and is building a culture of connection. Our work invites individuals to learn, grow, and thrive together through healing-centered education, restorative leadership development, social engagement and coalition building.
