Today's Young Entrepreneurs (TYE)

TYE (Today's Young Entrepreneurs) is a youth entrepreneurship initiative of the BSOY Foundation designed to equip young people ages 12–24 with the knowledge, skills, confidence, and resources needed to transform ideas into opportunities.

We believe entrepreneurship is more than starting a business—it's a mindset. Through hands-on learning, mentorship, leadership development, and real-world experiences, participants gain the tools needed to become innovators, problem-solvers, and future business owners.

TYE introduces participants to the fundamentals of entrepreneurship, including business planning, branding, marketing, financial literacy, leadership, customer discovery, pitching, and business development. Whether a participant has a business idea already or is simply curious about entrepreneurship, TYE provides a supportive environment where they can learn, grow, and explore what's possible.

One-Day Intensive

A fast-paced entrepreneurship experience that introduces participants to business ownership, branding, business planning, and entrepreneurial thinking in a single day.

8-Week Summer Experience

An extended learning experience that allows participants to dive deeper into entrepreneurship through workshops, mentorship, group activities, guest speakers, and project-based learning.

10-Month Flagship Program
