Transplant Teenz

Transplant Teenz is a 501(c)3 non profit that supports all teenagers (7th-12th grade) impacted by the transplant experience—whether they have undergone or are awaiting organ or tissue transplants, or have a household member who has gone through or is awaiting a transplant.

Our Mission is to create a community where teens can find strength in shared experiences, courage in knowing they are not alone, and hope in the bonds they form with others who truly understand their struggles. 

From Brave Bags and creative supplies to personalized gifts and peer community engagement, every dollar helps us offer resources that bring comfort, knowledge, connection and a space to heal.
