Thank you for your registration and/or sponsorship of the 2025 Boots & Bling Gala & Auction hosted by the Greenwood County Hospital Foundation. This event will benefit the Greenwood County Hospital Foundation, a 501(c)3 that supports our community hospital. All funds come back to Greenwood County Hospital and help us to continue to serve our community. We are grateful for your support!

The event will be held on Saturday, August 23rd, at the Flint Oak (2639 Quail Rd, Fall River, KS 67047). Check-in is at 4 p.m. and if you have purchased sporting clays, you can check with their Pro Shop inside the Main Lodge about scheduling a time to shoot.

There will be a social hour preceding the event from 6-7 p.m. with complimentary beverages (beer, wine, or soft drinks) and hors d'oeuvres! If you didn't purchase entries for the Heads & Tails game or raffle tickets for the raffle items online with your tickets/reservation, you will be able to do so at the event check-in, also!

If you purchased tickets to the gala only, and not a Stay Package, your tickets include:

Complimentary social hour from 6-7 p.m. in the bar in the Main Lodge
Dinner from 7-8:30 p.m. in the dining area of the Main Lodge
Participation in the Dessert Dash immediately following dinner
Participation in the Silent and Live Auction
Networking and social time after the Auction

If you purchased a Stay Package, your package includes

Check-in time of 4 p.m. (please stop at the office at the front gate to check in to your room)
Complimentary social hour from 6-7 p.m. in the bar in the Main Lodge
Dinner from 7-8:30 p.m. in the dining area of the Main Lodge
Participation in the Dessert Dash immediately following dinner
Participation in the Silent and Live Auction
Networking and social time after the Auction
One night stay in the Main Lodge (unless you purchased a room upgrade for the Over/Under Lodge)
