WE ARE SORRY BUT the deadline for ordering food items or raffle tickets with your credit card has now passed. Oct. 17 was the final day to order in advance so that we could give food totals to Spartan Catering on Oct. 18.

HOWEVER . . .
A limited number of "extra" dinners will be available at the event itself and will be sold 1st come / 1st served for cash or checks only on Wednesday, Oct. 20, starting at 4:30 pm.

Raffle tickets can also be purchased in person on Wednesday for cash or checks only.

BACKGROUND
Once again the BH-BL Education Foundation has “reimagined” its one big, annual Taste of Burnt Hills fundraiser in cooperation with Spartan Catering in a safe, drive-thru format. To raise money for grants that will enhance learning in all five BH-BL schools, we are offering four different international dinners plus optional appetizers and desserts. See details below.
Dinners are $15 each -- or you can be a Foundation Patron for $100, which includes your choice of 2 complimentary dinners. All food items will be available for pick up from 4:30 – 6:30 pm on Wednesday, October 20, by driving through the back parking lot of the BH-BL High School. No need to leave your car for pick-up.

Dinner offerings for $15 each:
American: Traditional Turkey Dinner including gravy, stuffing, mashed red bliss potatoes, glazed carrots, cranberry sauce, roll & butter.
(A gluten-free version of the Turkey dinner is also available.)
Asian: Chicken Teriyaki Dinner – Chicken and vegetables sautéed in a teriyaki sauce served with noodles and a side of egg-fried rice.
German: Sauerbraten Dinner – Beef pot roast served with a rich tangy gravy, mashed red bliss potatoes, braised red cabbage and apples, roll & butter.
Italian: Stuffed Eggplant Parmesan Dinner (vegetarian) – Spartan Catering’s signature ricotta & spinach stuffed eggplant parm, served with penne, roll & butter.

Appetizer and Dessert offerings for $4 or $6 each:
Italian Wedding Soup: 12 oz bowl with mini Italian meatballs, pastina, spinach & veggies
Cinnamon Roasted Apple Salad: Roasted apple slices with pecans, mandarin oranges, cucumbers and mixed greens with Maple Cider Dressing on the side.
Cream Puff: This is the real thing! Puffed pastry with vanilla cream filling and chocolate icing.
Dutch Apple Pie: A generous slice with crumb topping
