I first came to Siċaŋġu Co in 2016. I didn't really know what to expect, but what I found was more than just an organization doing good work -- it was a community, really an extended family, of individuals who genuinely and deeply cared for one another and the work they do. Fast forward eight years (!?!?!) later, and I am so grateful and honored to have witnessed the changes and growth here; from the greenhouse at the Keya Wakpala Gardens to the opening of our Lakota language immersion school to the launch of the Wolakota Buffalo Range and beyond. Every day, I am thankful to work here and be part of something bigger and better than myself. So please join us and support the important work here! (P.S., I don't actually like running that much; all walkers/joggers/strollers/meanderers/runners are welcome here!)
