The Look. Foundation supports children and young adults impacted by infection triggered neuroinflammatory disorders (e.g.,

PANS/PANDAS) through personal support, community-wide education, professional training, advocacy and grants.

As many of you know we have gone through our own personal journey with getting a Pans/Pandas diagnosis. I have not only witnessed our girl but my best friend's son and a couple handful of others. It truly is a nightmare I wish on nobody. It is beyond stressful, and financially draining, difficult to navigate but more than that it's the unknown of doctors truly not having answers. To say I am nervous is an understatement. I have never properly been swimming and have never been on a road bike which is much different then spinning in a studio or mountain bike prior to having kids. But if these kids can endure the insanity and heartbreaking symptoms and intrusive treatments of this hideous disease then I can over come my fears and push through and do hard things to.
