Sweet Pea is our 10H Donkey john, born in 2006, that joined the herd in 2016. Fun fact about Sweet Pea: when he came to the Ranch, he was dropped off, unbeknownst to us, with a hoof to shoulder-length cast, because he was hit by a car! Sweet Pea then worked his way back to health to become our Equine of the Year in 2021. It is a rare day at the Ranch that Sweet Pea is not showing off his unique singing voice.
