Hi, I'm Debi (Ty's Aunt). When Ty was first diagnosed after the initial sadness, shock and horror I felt such a sense of urgency to help my brother Lou and Cindy in any way I could. I have raised money before for other non for profits by biking or running so I decided that's where I would put my energies. The first year while Ty was being treated at Sloan Kettering Lou & I joined Fred's Team and ran the NYC Marathon raising over $36,000! When the idea of a local Triathlon was introduced I was so excited to be a part of it and have been from the beginning.  Over the years many of my friends and family members have either participated or donated to the event and I am forever grateful.  This year  my two nieces Donna Fossati and Julianna Browne will be joining my as a relay team!  Donna will be swimming, I will be biking and Julianna will be running. We are very excited and hope with your help we will be able to reach our goal of $5,000!
