We’re building something special in McMinnville, and we’d love for you to be a part of it.

The McMinnville Children’s Museum is more than just a dream, it’s a growing movement to bring hands-on, inclusive learning to children and families across Warren County. While we work toward a permanent facility, we’re creating impact now through exciting events, creative programming, and bold community partnerships.

In 2026, we’re inviting local businesses and organizations to become part of our mission in a new and more flexible way. Rather than sponsoring one event at a time, you can now choose a single sponsorship package that supports the museum year-round while customizing where your support goes and how you’re recognized.

Your support helps us:

• Host free and low-cost educational events for families
• Fund STEAM-based programs like our Tinker Take-out kits
• Build awareness, partnerships, and momentum toward a permanent children’s museum

You can choose to spread your support across multiple events or focus on one that best aligns with your brand and audience (Please note that the names of these events may change as we finalize details, but the theming will stay the same.)

• Showers to Flowers – A children’s focused Spring Festival with vendors, activities, and family fun.
• Taste of McMinnville – An adult only night out turned into a culinary fundraiser highlighting local flavors.
• New Year’s Eve Celebration – A fun-filled, family-friendly countdown celebration with live music, celebratory drinks, and a safe rid home.
• A Show for the Ages – A live, low-cost performance brought to town just for the children!

Payment can be made in full or in quarterly installments.

We are offering a non-monetary sponsorship option for the Taste of McMinnville event. Businesses may participate by preparing and serving a small tasting item—an appetizer, dessert, or sample-sized plate—for up to 300 guests.

In exchange, your business will receive:

We're also offering a unique opportunity to co-create a Tinker Takeout Box, our STEAM-based project kit program that brings hands-on learning into homes across Warren County.

As a Tinker Takeout Partner, your business will:

• Collaborate with us to select the theme and help design the box experience
• Sponsor all supplies, with our team handling ordering and logistics
• Join us for a packing session—we’ll bring the materials, you bring the team spirit!
• Receive 10 complimentary boxes to gift to employees, customers, or community partners
• Support access and equity: 10 boxes will be donated to low-income families
• Help us serve more families: an additional 30+ boxes will be sold to fund future programs
• Your logo and sponsorship will be recognized:
