The Nest: Roswell’s First Sensory-Friendly Play Café
Welcome to The Nest — Where Every Child Belongs
We’re building The Nest, Roswell’s first indoor play café for all families — a sensory-friendly, neuro-affirming, cozy space to connect, play, and recharge. This space is being created by a neurodivergent family and birthworker, right here in Roswell, for the families who need more than what traditional playgrounds and cafes offer.
We’ve already found the perfect space and designed the vision. Now we’re raising $30,000 to make it real.
What We’re Building Together:
- A safe, calming play area with ND-friendly equipment and textures
- Cool-down rooms for kids needing sensory regulation or rest
- A simple café with gut-friendly, dye-free, allergy-aware snacks and drinks
- A conference room for parent meetups, homeschooling pods, and workshops
- A space where ALL kids — neurodivergent, shy, sensory-seeking, or just wild and wonderful — can belong
