Advertise in The Tree

We invite local and alumni-owned businesses to support the production of The Tree, Raintree’s alumni magazine, by placing a color advertisement.
(Produced by Friends of Raintree, a nonprofit organization.)
Advertising support helps offset the cost of producing the magazine and allows us to continue sharing stories and connections from our school community. Space is limited, and all ads are printed in color.
The fourth issue of The Tree is set to print in mid-spring 2026.

Advertising Rates (Color)

• Full Page: $450

• Half Page: $250

• Quarter Page: $150

Premium placements (inside covers) may be available upon request.

Reserving Ad Space
To reserve ad space, please email [email protected] to confirm your ad size. We’ll send a GiveButter payment link, and artwork can be submitted separately by the deadline.

Artwork Submission

To keep production smooth, we’re not able to design advertisements. Advertisers should send finished artwork that’s ready to be placed in the magazine.

What to Send

Please send one image file:

• JPG or PNG only

(No PDFs, please.)

Ad Size Dimensions

Your image should already be sized to one of the following:

• Full Page: 8.5 × 11 inches

• Half Page (horizontal): 8.5 × 5.5 inches

• Quarter Page: 4.25 × 5.5 inches

What you send is exactly what will appear in print.

A Few Simple Guidelines

• The image should be clear and not blurry

• Text should be easy to read

• If you would like a QR code, please include it in the image

• We are not able to edit or redesign submitted artwork

What We Can’t Accept

• PDFs

• Word documents

• Google Docs

• Logos or text sent separately with a request to design the ad

How to Send Your Ad

• Email your JPG or PNG to: [email protected]

• Please include your business name and ad size in the subject line

Deadline

Artwork is due by March 13th, 2026.
Late submissions cannot be guaranteed placement.
